Finchwood Park show homes open to the public

October 8, 2019

We welcomed over 200 visitors to Finchwood Park on Saturday 5 October to celebrate the opening of our new show homes. It was fabulous day for potential buyers and local families alike, with a range of activities and live music to keep everyone entertained.

Four show homes are open for visitors at Finchwood Park, including three of our three-bedroom properties: The Ashford, The Farringdon and The Ilford. We have also opened the Burnham, a spacious four-bedroom family home for potential buyers to get a feel for the high standard of homes, as well as the interior options on offer.

Our show homes reflect our commitment to building homes with a high level of attention to design, detail and quality. In total, there are twelve types of homes available at Finchwood Park, ranging in size from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom homes. All have a traditional design with contemporary interiors and are set in an expanse of green open space spanning 140 acres. Best of all, our homes are sold with no hidden costs. This means that what you see is what you get, from the fully fitted Bosch kitchen appliances to large bi-fold doors and all your flooring included throughout.

It was great to see everyone coming together as a community to mark the occasion. The summer lived on with a barbecue and our steel band that created a vibrant atmosphere as people toured the new homes. We had a ‘guess the number of balloons in the digger’ competition, which several keen-eyed visitors guessed correctly. The prize, a £50 love2shop voucher, went to one of our younger attendees (pictured below), who was very pleased with her success! In between dancing to the band, visitors also played a few tense games of giant Jenga. We hope that the afternoon was a glimpse of the future of Finchwood Park – a multi-generational, supportive and close-knit community.

Potential buyers can make an appointment to visit our show homes or simply drop by to have a chat with our team. Our Visitors Centre is open seven days a week from 10:00am to 5:30pm, or you can call 0118 391 4963.
