Industry recognition for Legal & General Homes’ customer and community programmes

It might be the first week of July but we’re already eagerly counting down to the 24th October, now that we’ve been shortlisted for the prestigious 2019 Housebuilder Awards for Best Customer Satisfaction Initiative and Best Community Initiative.

The principles of delivering excellent customer service and creating social value in the communities in which we work is fundamental to what we do. The mantra that underpins this for all of us is that we want to build homes that we would want our own families to live in – and that extends to the communities our homes are in, and the experiences our customers go through on their journey to buying one of our properties.

We’re passionate about the importance of customer service and community engagement so it’s great to see how many businesses there are running programmes worthy of recognition among this year’s nominees. For us there’s a real feeling of pride to reach this stage, and it’s a team effort from every person at Legal & General Homes and our supply chain – congratulations.
