We are delighted to be delivering around 197 homes as part of the new community in the Land North of Horsham site.
This exciting new development was granted outline planning permission in 2018 and will bring a range of new facilities, homes and jobs to Horsham.
We are submitting a reserved matters application for our part of the site, which includes a range of homes from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom houses. Our plans form part of the first phase, which also includes a village centre with potential for both retail and community facilities. To the north of our proposed new homes is a village green known as The Hillside, which slopes up to a mature woodland, creating an attractive setting for this first phase of housing.

The North of Horsham development is being delivered by Legal & General Strategic Land & Major Projects as master developer, which means they manage the site and will deliver the key infrastructure, including roads, green spaces, public amenities and utilities. The completed development will provide:
- Around 2,750 new homes
- 500,000 sq ft of new employment space
- An education campus for Bohunt Horsham School
- A new sports hub
- New pedestrian, cycle and road connections
- Extensive green space and landscaping
