Phase 2 – Hatch Green launching at Buckler’s Park

February 11, 2019

Legal & General Homes is launching a second phase of houses and apartments at Buckler’s Park. The new collection of houses and apartments will be available at Hatch Green from 16 February.

Buckler’s Park benefits from having homes to suit everyone, from young professionals buying their first property to families with children and older downsizers, creating a lively and diverse community. Sixteen distinct house styles, from two to five bedrooms, and a range of one- and two-bed apartments will be on sale at Hatch Green. The architectural range also means the development is full of character and gives residents a real connection to their neighbourhood.

The first homes on sale at Hatch Green include:

  • Spacious one-bedroom apartments with open plan kitchen, living and dining areas fronting onto a private outdoor balcony space, ample storage including built-in wardrobes and contemporary fittings from Bosch, Hansgrohe, Minoli and Roca – all set across 796 sq ft
  • The Langley – a two-storey house with two double bedrooms on the upper floor alongside a family bathroom and en suite, kitchen and separate living / dining room with bi-fold doors opening onto the rear garden

John Allan, Managing Director at Legal & General Homes, says: “Our first residents are now settling in to life at Buckler’s Park and the feedback has been fantastic. People keep telling us that they love the country park and the amount of open space here and we’re enjoying welcoming the wider community to the site. Every one of our customers that we’ve surveyed has said they would recommend Legal & General Homes and that they’re pleased with the standard of their home’s finish inside and out – we can’t wait for more people to come and see Buckler’s Park for themselves with the launch of Hatch Green.”

Homes at Hatch Green start at £249,500, with many available under Help to Buy. The Visitors Centre is open from 10:00am to 5:30pm daily, and until 7:00pm on Mondays. It is located at Buckler’s Park, Crowthorne, Berkshire, just off Old Wokingham Road (sat nav postcode RG45 6LL).
