Welcome to the consultation page for our proposals to redevelop the land at Hogwood Farm, Finchampstead.

In 2017, planning permission was granted for the redevelopment of the southern section of the Arborfield Garrison Strategic Development Location, in order to provide new homes and jobs in the Borough of Wokingham.

Since then, Legal & General Homes have been chosen as the developer and operator of the site. We are keen to introduce ourselves to the local community and hear your views on our plans, in particular for the first phase of development for 180 homes.

Once complete, the development will deliver 1,500 high-quality homes, including affordable homes.
Numerous community benefits will also be provided, such as:

• A new primary school

• Employment opportunities in the form of commercial space

• Improved public highways, footpaths and cycleways

• A significant amount of public open space, including a SANG (Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace)

We thank those who completed our online feedback form. All the responses we received are taken into consideration within the development of our design proposals and will help inform our discussions with stakeholders and Wokingham Borough Council.
